Anywhere we will come up with would be UK or Europe, TS usually have a selection of bag/cases. You are US Wisconsin I think.

There are couple of wooden case makers in the US, will try to recall the names, but other then the normal Astro retailers that is about it. Any good with woodworking tools to make your own?

Looks like it is eyepiece boxes, however. They advertise as Astronomy Accessories.
