Wow, that was quite interesting - I don't like the idea of 700 degree surface temp the next day then followed by an ice age. It brings up two important points though. One, it shows the precarious nature of our own existence. Two, it shows how for all of our technology we would have to go back to basics to survive. Interesting food for thought. Not a good advert for Yucatan though - second time they got hit (mind you there was no "they" 65 million years ago).
