Handy iOS app

I was looking for an app to track positive habits and help my somewhat limited will power when it comes to chocolate eating! I also wanted to set myself a target of one short evening observing session a week, and one long, 'til early hours' session a month.

I came across an app called 'Way of life' which seems really handy and I have started to use it for noting my astronomy sessions and what I observed. It is good for simply tracking when sessions were, and allows notes to be added to each. It is then quite easy to see the list of sessions you have had.

Worth a look anyway.
