C11 Finderscope

Anyone else had problems with this damn thing. Always have to re align it everytime i set up again no matter how tight the screws are. Seems like too much play at the front as i assume the rubber o ring does sit at the rear as per instructions.

Yep - I had it briefly before deciding I was better off selling it brand-new and use the money to fund a better finder scope. Yes, the brackets seem to be a pain - nicely designed and low profile, but never got on with them. Now I use a combination of Altair Astro illuminates RACI finder and a Telrad.

I usually squeezed the rubber ring really hard into the back and that seemed to have fixed some of the instability issues - but it still wasn't 100% stable. No Celestron finders for anymore for me...
