After giving my 8" newton a good check-up and maintance (flocking/cleaning mirrors), I had an oppertunity to do some HaRGB work this week on 2 objects; Vdb142 in IC1396, and IC1805. So far I have only processed the Ha data and will keep working on the RGB and HaRGBs over the coming days. for watching.

So after another couple of hours of hard processing (I can't help feeling like this as combining Ha with RGB,gives me a headache, sort of speach), I finally came up with 2 HaRGB version that I am satisfied with for now. My main problem is that my color perception is seriously biased due to me being color blind in both the red and green part of the spectrum. I tried to keep the star colors as close as possible to the ones in the RGB processing and got theHa nebulas looking like I think I like them. Hope you agree with me.VdB142inIC1396HaR30-HaR30GB-2013-2000px.jpgIC1805HaR30-HaR30GB-2013-2000px.jpg
