Dark Pixels?

Took several subs of IC63 with my Atik 383 mono in Ha, binned 1x1, 900 seconds.not a great signal but usable.

Did some more, binning 2x2 at 600 seconds and found lots of dark/black pixels on the image.

Experimented with the various Stacking Parameters in DeepSky Stacker but nothing shifts them.

All can think of is that as I am not dithering (using Maxim for image capture) maybe they are "black holes".

Any help much appreciated.
