Skywatcher eyepiece upgrade

Hello,

What are good choices of 1.25" and 2" eyepiece upgrades for my 8" Skywatcher .Are 2" eyepieces that much better? I'd like to see Saturn at its mag limit and other Messier objects at their clearest and purchase new ones within a middle income budget. Any thoughts would help, thanks!.

what kind of budget do you have? If you want to cover the whole of the messier catalogue and Saturn you will need a few eyepieces. Ian

if by middle income budget you mean about £50 an eyepiece the bst range from skies the limit come highly recommended on here. They will work well in skywatcher's 8 inch explorer and skyliner scopes.

beginner, and gives an insight to the BST Starguider, which are very good, I am building

a nice little collection of them myself.
