What mounting plate?

Hi, can someone please let me know what mounting plate I should buy to attach a tak120 tube holder to the skytee2 mount?

I assume that the tak tube holder with its one centre hole can't connect to the skytee 2 directly and as such will need to be connected to a plate?

Is the Tak tube holder you mention a typical Tak clamshell more or less like this one?

This one is attached to the forward offset foot needed by the FSQ astrographs in order to balance them. You may just have the clamshell without the forward offset. In either case you just bolt this clamshell to a dovetail plate, either Vixen style or, as here, Losmandy style. I don't know which the mount takes but if it can take a Losmandy you should certainly go for that over the Vixen.

Hi Olly, I'm not sure yet. The scope is due to arrive next week and I know is it has a tube holder. I don't know if it has the forward offset or not?

Also Olly, does the tak tube holder come with a bolt? I understand it has a central hole but don't know if you get the relevant bolt/screw?
