My CGE Pro developed a fault which I chased down to the motor board ... being out of warranty and having read about the"tails of woe" folks have had getting parts or being requested to return the mount to Celestron US for diagnostics and repair, I turned to FLO for help. the mount wasn't brought from FLO but I do have a buying history with them, its a few odds and ends ..... Steve at FLO came through yesterday, my replacement Motor board will be shipped next week.

I cannot thank FLO enough, talk about going the extra mile!!!
