Did anyone read the following line in the report:

"However, they have yet to turn their theory into a working prototype."

Sounds as if they have nothing that is realistic at present, even in a lab or engineering sense.

There is no mention of controlling the LED's emission specturm. If they use broadband white LED, it's just go to make the problem much worse.

Controlling light leakage is a good thing, but they also need to look at regulating the spectrum and design LED with a narrow and predifined RGB line such that it can be filtered out with broadband filter (either current sodium/mecury or new LED specific filter).
