Strange registration

Anyone have a clue whats going on here?

This is a 3 x drizzle stack of M13 that has been registered and combined in Registar and for some reason its missaligned the stars in the top right quadrant of the glob...if i look at the rest of the stars in the full frame they look to be ok, its just the yellow/blue ones in the top right...

Anyone got a clue ??

No help to offer but I have had DSS do this a few times when 'stacking' a single full colour sub to a flat frame! Quite how it manages to dis-align stars from a single sub that were okay to start with I have no idea. I can only imagine that the colour channels get separated at some point and then re-registered incorrectly but only in part of the frame?
