DSS and meridian flip

Currently running off subs of the Leo triplets and I've had to do a meridan flip. Consequently half the subs have the triplets on one side and half on the other.

When it comes to stacking the images, will I need to do anything other than drop them into DSS or is DSS smart enough to orientate them for me.....

No, just drop in all the files, and DSS will flip them automatically for you.
