A speculative effort

Decided to use my aging laptop last night and the damn thing kep crashing on me.

Before I packed up at about 1pm, I though I would try a long exposure image of Mars to see what I could pick up around it (moons or whatever).

Trouble is, I think I got more than I bargained for. Can anyone point me in the direction of detailed charts of the area?

Taken at prime focus of my 250mm Europa, with x5 focal reducer, ATIK camera and ATIK IR filter. About 20 odd 10 second exposures.

Joking apart, I like the effect the long exposure had on it. Nice diffraction spikes

Coming back to reality briefly what about a decent star map from somewhere.
