I use the SkyWatcher LPR for lunar / planetary viewing with everything from 70mm to 10" and it seems to be very similar to the Baader Neo. I haven't tried them side-by-side, but in phtographic tests they seem pretty close. The SW works well enough for me, though like Shane, I don't use it for light pollution control, just to aid with solar system viewing.
