Updating profile help

Hi guys could anybody help me with updating my profile please ? I keep clicking on add custom photo but nothing happens, im using iPad by the way, thanks Kevin

I can't even begin to upload anything!

Are you choosing an existing one from a file? I just experimented changing mine, if its too large it won't put it in the photo editor but it does give you a warning telling you. Once it's in the photo editor you just press done. If its not this I'm a bit stuck so will have to hope someone else can help.

I think my problem is most of my images are raw files and the photo editor on SGL can only handle upto 50kbs ,

Yes it won't take raw.
