Artemis Capture - Exposure Settings question

Hi,

I'm just getting to grips with my Atik 460ex mono.

For the most part, the Artemis capture software is very intuitive. I do have one question though, which I hope someone can answer... When I view the exposure settings dialogue in Artemis, a check box labelled 'sub' is shown next to the 'pre' checkbox...please see attached screenshot.

What does this 'sub' checkbox do / what is it used for? It is not described in the documentation for Artemis that comes with the CD. Instead, a checkbox labelled 'Dark' is shown to exist on the Exposure settings dialogue , which as described is used to keep the shutter closed on mechanical shutter cams, eg Atik 383
