Optical Heater Window.

I have been have some dew issues recently when getting late into an imaging run, on the window of my 4000M. I read in the manual thats there is an Optical Heater Window built into the camera but that is by default turned off. In order to turn it on, the instructions tell me to use the "AtikConfig" app that came with the cd.

Unfortunatly I don't seem to have this app on the cd that came with the camera and I cannot seem to find it or any reference to it on the atik site or forums. Has anyone used this or does anyone know or another way to switch on the wondow heater on the camera.
