My attempts at using colour filters and mono cam didn't go so well previously, so this time I dug out the Meade LPI again and tried alternative video capture software for it. That didn't go particularly great either, since they went through a standard Windows interface which made setting exposure an exercise of frustration and patience. I have no idea what exposure I was using, but real world capture didn't get much above a few fps so I assume it was rather long.

Above sample is with Meade LPI, unbranded 3x achromat barlow, Meade 8" SCT. Best 66% of 500 frames. The seeing was best I've seen since I got the SCT.
