HaLRGB combination

i am imaging m33 and i want to add some Ha data at the LRGB. does anyone know how to do it? one possibility i imagine is to blend the Ha data and the red channel and create a new red channel but i am not sure for my thinking

That's the way I did mine recently. I added the Ha to red in a new document using blend mode lighten, flattened it, then copied it back into the LRGB to replace the original red channel. It doesn't appear to add much but it does make it sparkle. Well worth it

I'd add it to the red channel but in Blend Mode Lighten. Adjust the Ha in this mode, using Curves, until you see its effect on the red. Flatten and try it. You can remove or reduce what you don't want by pasting the HaLRGB over the LRGB and adjusting.
