Calling all 8" flextube owners!

hello guys, im just about to buy a flextube 8" dob, but the base has deteriated beyound the point of recognition (but the scope + tube is perfect, one was kept in a shed, the other in the house) so i have to make up a base for it, which i dont mind as i was planning on attaching the setting circles ect any way.... so would a kind soul please measure me the hight + width between the 2 forks, and how big the base is roughly (for stirdyness) it would be very much appreaceated!
