8i mount. Differences from SE mount?

Can someone tell me what the differences are between the 8i mount, and the 8 SE mount?

I've been offered the mount from an 8i for about £200 (about US $400) and I'm very interested in it. Would it be worth getting at that price? Can it take my C8 OTA, with 2 accessories well enough?

I'm getting seriously hacked off with the CG5-GT and this looks like a nice soloution!
