Raws on DSS

Could someone hopefully explain why when I open a RAW on DSS I get a pixel size of 1088x2874 which ends up thin. If I convert to JPEG then put them in DSS I get a pixel size of 4272x2848 which is normal size. I have a canon 1100d and I am using Backyard EOS.

Try 3.3.3 beta 47 from here http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/DeepSkyStacker/ that should fix it.
