astro imaging camera advice

i am about to buy a 10 inch dobsonion, to upgrade from my current 7 inch. currently, i use a phillips spc webcam which i can use for planetary viewing. i'd like to upgrade this to a better camera, but don't know where to turn. could anyone give me some suggestions. my budget is about £350.

Not sure about using it with a dob but a second hand Atik Titan could be obtained at about that price.

but your scope is a dob , you have no way of taking long exposure photos ...why would you want a better camera for a scope thats purely visual ?

For planetary imaging a dobsonian mounted telescope isn't a big problem. You can let the planet drift across the field of view and record an image that way. And is the base is motorised even less of a problem.
