250 flextube mount measurement?

Could some kind soul with a 250 flextube please tell me the distance between the inside faces of the sides of the mount (ie the two pieces of wood that carry the alt bearings)?

I'm struggling to find a design for a dob mount for my flextube that won't foul anything, and have come to the conclusion that I should just have the mount sides further apart. Knowing what Synta saw fit to do might be a useful guide.
