USB Leads

Hi all,

How long can a usb lead be before you get any degredation of signal ? I want to use the laptop in the shed and put the scope outside rather than have everything outside, but because of where the scope has to be in the garden the usb leads for the guidescope and mount control via eqdir will have to be around 15' - 20' long.

most cables above 10m have boosters. I've used boosted 25m with no issues
