Roy_E
Has anyone tried MetaGuide guiding software. It sounds interesting, but I con't get it to recognise my QHY5, it simply opens the laptop intergrated webcam and there doesn't seem to be anyway of selectoing the usb connected QHY5.Any thoughts?Roy
Roy_E
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. I'm using a QHY5 on an ST80 guidescope, but when I start MetaGuide it doesn't offer a choice of cameras, instead it fires-up the laptop integrated webcam. If I disable the webcam in device manager, MetaGuide claims that it is unable to find a video capture device even though the QHY5 is connected via the laptop USB port. Thanks,Roy
rjsc2001
QHY5 doesn't work with metaguide. I think it's because QHY5 doesn't use WDM drivers or something like that. And the author of MG won't support it. And QHY5 won't make other kind of drivers. You can try PHD or EQALIGN to autoguideRicardo
