Which Mono CCD Camera ?

I was wondering what mono CCD camera people would suggest. I am looking for something bigger than my SXVM7 , the chip size anything up to say 15mm X 22mm. ( similar to the 350D chip)

The problem may be cost the Starlight Xpress SXVf-H16 15 X 15mm costs £3250 :shock:

Any other ideas ?
