Hello folks,

I am travelling up north to Newcastle tonight, and am told that reasonable if not excellent skies are expected for the weekend. My cousin has an 8 inch dob and I would like to have some tips on what to try and observe over the weekend. I have a 25 mm EP and a 9mm EP to boot.

Any guidances on what I can look forward to ? Any guidelines/websites will help I will also download stellarium once I get there.
