Itunes U: 'Introduction to Stellar Astronomy Course'. Has anyone tried it?

I saw the post on GCSE Astronomy and I noticed that ITunes U was mentioned. I thought I'd take a look at what was on offer. They offer a lot of Astronomy related courses that seem to be aimed at all levels of ability.

The one that seemed most relevant to me (complete beginner) was 'Introduction to Stellar Astronomy'. I was just wondering if anybody had used the course or could recommend any other ITunes Astronomy courses?

The Course appears to be free so I'm thinking that if I download at least one of the lectures I'll have learnt something. Plus, I'll be able to fit the course material around work rather than having to commit to specific times each week (not always possible with shift work).
