Transit Of Venus Around Birmingham?

Hello, I was wondering if any one is planning to view the transit? At clent hills/ lickey hills/ malverns etc ?? I think some people are heading to Barr beacon, will the car park be open?

I've been searching the web, and it seems that most societies have cancelled viewings. Birmingham Astro viewing at lickey hills has been cancelled, so It appears that the Barr beacon viewing has been cancelled too.
