I have only been keeping an eye on NEA data for the past 6 months or so, but this is the first one I've seen one so close to us at .1 LD.

That's roughly 38,440 km from sea level. A Geo-synchronized orbit around the Earth from mean sea level is around 35,786 km!

This sucker is going to be close. Although it's condition code is quite high at 7, which was downgraded from yesterdays 8. Not sure if such uncertainty is a good or bad thing, lol.

Also with a Earth MOID (Minimum Orbit Intersection Distance) of .000402827 AU, it is technically considered to be a Potentially Hazardous Object (PHO).
