Hi, is there any difference at all in these scopes regarding how old they are. IE one thats new as of today and one thats say 3-4years old

The Skyliner model has been around for several years and I don't think the basic design has changed. The only difference would be the truss-dob models which have open tubes as opposed to the Skyliner solid tube design.

The very old ones (can't remember how old) had rack and pinion focusers . These were later replaced with crayford focusers.
