Light Pollution Maps?

Im sure I remember finding a link on here to a website which had a moveable part of the map which displayed the magnitude of the stars you can see from any location and the rating of said sky.

Ive trawled for hours trying to find it and all i can find is light pollution overlays on the map.

Just wondering if anyone had any links to any other good light pollution graphs/maps
