Lead for Canon 50D to laptop?

Wonder if you can help - I bought my Canon 50D secondhand and didn't get a mini USB to full USB cable with it. Have been looking for a new one and can only find them a metre long which is quite short when the camera is attached to scope. Does anyone know where you can get longer versions - I would guess 4 metre would be a more workable length?

Thanks Peter, I had already looked on there but asked for specific lead for a Canon 50D, never thought to ask the general question without the specifics. Thanks again

No worries double check that I searched for the right cable... I think I have...

Thanks Peter, yes that is the right cable. I was contemplating using the lead that connected my old printer to the lap top as that has the same connections and is longer than the one you get from Canon (which is less than a metre i believe and so as good as useless)

Just use a normal cable with an active extension of 10mtrs
