Pimp my telescope

Hi,

Ive currently got a Celestron AstroMaster 114 EQ and want to jazz it up a bit. Current ideas are a solar filter so I can look at the sun safely. However, Im tempted to add a webcam and avoid any risk just in case of the filter failing. Can anybody recommend a good webcam and software for viewing / photography. If all goes well and I can ever decide what tlescope to get next I would ideally want to use the webcam on my new scope.
