First Light Optics - Skywatcher Skymax 127 (EQ3-2) plus dual motors for tracking

Or

Celestron nexstar 4se

Mainly viewing And some moon images !!! £500 budget if you have any other ideas but it has to be a Mak for portability.

I did but no stock so still on order, this is for my father now haha

Well if youve ordered the 4se you might as well get your dad the 127 then you can compare and swap.

When I got out I usulay have 2 or 3 scopes with me as its nice to see some things through different scopes and while 1 is looking at 1 thing someone else can be looking at another and then you just swap and have a look at through each others scopes. Effectively doubleing what you can see in an average night.
