I was casually hopping around the other night looking for doubles when I noticed I could see Sirius low on the horizon clearly red, then a moment later blue, green, yellow, red again....my heart jumped and i immediately spun around to see this oddity in more detail!

After 30 minutes of watching it I came in doors to look it up on the lap top and found it to be quite a common thing but I was amazed nonetheless :)

Are there any other amazing things like this that not many simply know and find by pure chance?
