£100 to spend....

Recommended Posts

I have £100 to spend and I'm unsure what to buy.

I have a 10" dob with 10mm and 25mm eyepieces (bog standard ones), and have already purchased a Telrad and a 2x Barlow. What next? Better eyepieces, or different ones, or is there something else I should get?

Any advice would be gratefully received... :)

well how are you finding the current eyepeices dil? its easy to get other eyepeices but i think the general consenus is not every eyepiece is ok for every person. nice good eyepeices are the Baader Planetarium Genuine Ortho Eyepieces or the BST explorer

how do you find your objects? as a wixey and a rotary gemred could be useful

A second to Garethmob's comments.

What do you find are the problems with your setup?

I don't use a dob and would find any pointing aid useful.

Package eyepeices are often mediocre.

However, I get on well with the wide fov and long eye relief of Baader Hyperions.

So my EP spend would be different.

Not much help really. Sorry!
