Focuser Adjustment

There are some little grub screws on the focuser which appear to be for alignment, I noticed on my scope the top screw is much further in than the rest so the top of the focuser is further out then the bottom. Is this normal???

I have attached a pic of a similar focuser showing one of the screws I mean.

The three grub screws/hex head screws are for focuser centering.

Factory set.

But when I checked mine,it was out.
