I have a Skywatcher 139P Supatrak and find the tripod pretty wobbly. I notice the middle section of the tripod that holds the legs out has a screw thread in its centre (?M10 I think). Is this for hanging stabilising weights from and is there something you can buy for this purpose? Or would load handling not be good for it.

Alternatively I am wondering about hanging the power tank from it. An M10 bolt and some kind of braket ro fit through the tank handle sounds the sort of thing I need.That would have the added advantage of getting rid of the long cable draping over the ground.
