Gold skywatcher 80ED pro focuser

Hello,

Does anyone know if the older gold version of the 80ED pro came with the single or dual speed focuser?

If it is the single, is there a weight limit? I plan to hang my Nikon D90 off the end and it is a bit of a beast. Also, to get focus will I need the 2" extension tube?

I have an original "Gold" ED80pro and it has the single speed 2" Crayford.

It's a while since I had a DSLR on the scope, but I think there's enough travel (without the diagonal) to focus a DSLR ( If it's really important to know - I can set it up and check...)

I had no problems (weight wise) with the ol' Canon 300D, which is much heavier than my current 1000D.
