I am thinking about buying this telescope. Do any of you have any experience with this scope or any advice?

Which model are you considering ? - there seem to be several.

If you tell us a bit more about your interests, budget etc there might be other options for you to consider.

Early interest and wondering about some simple planet photography - fully aware that this is more difficult than it looks! I have had an SLR type camera for 35 years and looking for new interests. A friend has an unwanted gift of (I think) a Bushnell Northstar Go and is willing to lend it as a start. I presume I will have to buy an attachment for the camera? My budget is up to £300.

If you can get a loan without any commitment then thats a great way to find out about scopes. We need to know which model it is to give specific advice though.
