I would shoot video just like lights, process it and make a flat master.

With the current version of PIPP you could convert a flat AVI to TIFF files and process them with DSS. I have never done this but I guess it should work.

Full support for calibration frames (darks, flats & bias) is planned for PIPP in version v2.2.14.
