Help re Collimation sw 200 dob

hi all - i am being as thick as a plank here - -

on the SW 200 flex dob, which are the locking screws and which the collimation screws ( phillips or the allen )

i just received the laser and it is pointing half way along the spider vane so miles off.

Allen are the locking ones. Phillips are the adjusters.

This assumes you are talking about the primary mirror.

thanks for the quick return, as neither seemed o be doing that - how far to release the allen keys ro allow enough movement with the phillips ?

If yours is anything like my newt then loosen off the allen bolts so that they dont interefere in any way with the primary, get the primary adjusted and the secondary and everything set up nicely, and then using fingers if possible just turn in the allen bolts until you feel them just touch the mirror cell, then back them off 1/8 of a turn or so.
