Skyliner 150 dob where to store

All owners of the above where do you keep your base unit? Will it be ok in a garden shed? If it gets wet it will be a rightoff?

the bases are coated to a degree, you can apply more sealant yourself. you should be ok in the shed

I keep my Dob in the shed set up with a sheet thrown over it. I will add that my shed is Plastic and fully waterproof. As nicnac says, they are coated to a degree but are MDF under the laminate finish, and MDF and moisture don't mix, should be fine though, the feet will keep it off the floor, or you can stand it on an old milk crate to let the air circulate around it if you're worried.
