I know it the angular view is still rather small, but I couldn't resist taking a portrait of the god of war.

The red planet at 06:28 UT on Sunday January 15th 2012.

Captured using Sharpcap and stacked in Registax 6 using linked wavelets with some post processing in Corel Paintshop Pro x.

Celestron Neximage attached to a Celestron CPC 925 GPS with a 2.5X APO barlow.
