Meteor Shower Tonight

I hear there is some meteor shower tonight, and I'm wondering if anyone in the Florida area, or who is familiar with the area, can give me some advice on a good place to watch it.

I live in Miami, so I was thinking the Everglades or I heard someone else mention Tamiami Trail.

I'm not sure if you may recieve the information you are looking for (I may be wrong) on this forum, as most users are based in the UK.

I'd try Cloudynights as that's a predominantly US based forum.

north america should be able to view this ...peak time around 2:00am to sunrise

As long as you are as far away from light pollution as you can feasibly get the better. I would def get out of Miami for sure but viewing should be good just remember @ 2am EST look towards Polaris and enjoy the occasional fireball.

It's the Quadrantid meteor shower. Hope you get clear skies. Heavy cloud here in UK.
