I am trying to astrophotography items like ISS and other stuff

This photo be taken details of ISS taken september 09,using a canon eos450d + celestron f6.3 converter/flattener. image is highly cropped by a other uk member

I would like to see other photos if any which members have.

Tracking fast-moving satellites such as the ISS is a tricky place to start! You need specialised software and very accurate location/clock settings.

If I were you, I'd start with some easier, slower targets such as the Moon and planets. Check out the lunar and planetary imaging sections of the forum to see other members' excellent images.
