Fitting flexible slow motion cables to the SkyWatcher SkyTee 2

Just had some fun and games attaching these!

After some peeking with a torch I managed to find out which Allen key to use to remove the existing slo-mo knob but then took another ten minutes to actually loosen them! At one point I thought I'd threaded one of the Allen screws so twisted the knob off which scored the bolt a bit but just looks like cosmetic damage. Then, when attaching the cable I managed to shear the screwhead off the attaching screw! Not a good start but it appears that it's on securely at least!

After this I'm glad to report that the second knob removal and cable attachment went without a hitch...

We'll see how my clumsy handiwork fares over the coming weeks!

Try a 5/64 allen key (tried a 2.0 one too but I'm hoping I put these back in their place in my vast Allen key set!) to loosen the two allen screws in the slow-mo bolt.

How long are your cables and did you get them from FLO?

Do you have a pick of the whole head with the cables.

Yep, got them from FLO and they're rougly 29.5cm and 33cm long.
