I'm new to stacking. Need info please

I've never done stacking images before now and I have a Celestron neximage camera which I got with my 6" SCT.

I managed to track Jupiter for about an hour with the telescope and get quite a few videos at different settings.

Now that I have these videos I thought I would run before I could walk and load them into Registax.

I load the video I want and then put the alignment box over then press Align & Stack. Before the video finishes an exclamation box appears with the message "Failed to decompress AVI frame"

Am I doing something wrong here? I know I should probably read the instructions first. I am trying to do that at the same time.

I hope someone can help. It is Registax vers 2.1.

Get the most upto date version of Registax (version 6) from here. Download and install release 6.1.0.0 first, then the update.
